The Globe and Mail released their annual survey on gender diversity in corporate Canada and we are proud to announce that three CBSR members, Capital Power, The Co-Operators and TransAlta have earned a spot on the Women Lead Here 2021 list for their significant number of female executives and gender diversity.
As Canadian firms continue to strive for more gender diversity, there is still a long way to go as results held steady from last year with an average of 44% of the leadership roles held by women.
