Bell has announced a plan to be carbon neutral across its operations in 2025.
The commitment was made in the company’s 2020 Annual Report to shareholders, along with an interim 2021 target to reduce the ratio of operational greenhouse gas emissions in their network usage by 40% from 2019 levels.
In addition, Bell’s 2020 report outlines ESG targets and metrics for environmental sustainability; diversity and inclusion; privacy and information security; and community investment, including the well known and highly regarded Bell Let’s Talk mental health initiative.
